Adhoc Pinnacle Board Meeting Minutes
March 12th, 2026
Attendees: Pam Kaplan, Kelly Cunningham, Monica Sava & Kurt Simione.
Absentees: Kathleen Reardon, Beth Marquis, Alex Roosenburg & Kristen McQuaide.
Meeting Purpose:
This meeting was to approve a fiscal agreement for tax-exempt donations via the Founders Academy Foundation. This is a temporary measure to accept donations while Pinnacle awaits its own 501 (c)(3) status from the IRS.
Designated signatories are Michelle and Pam.
Pam made a motion to authorize the signatories to sign for this and Kelly seconded the motion. All were in favor.
Pam will verify the tax ID from a separate email matched the Founders Academy Foundation entity before signing. The signed agreement will be scanned and sent to Kim LaVallet to finalize the process.
The meeting was adjourned.
