Caitlin Davis, Commissioner Drew Cline, Chairman New Hampshire Department of Education State Board of Education Pursuant to the authority vested in the State of New Hampshire Board of Education by RSA 194-B:3-a, the Board of Trustees of Pinnacle Chartered Public School is hereby granted a charter to operate a New Hampshire State Chartered Public School located in the state of New Hampshire for the five-year period beginning from your first day of school.
The Board of Trustees shall operate said Charter School in accordance with the provisions of RSA 194-B:3 and all other applicable state and federal laws and regulations and such conditions as the Commissioner of Education may from time to time establish, all of which shall be deemed conditions of this charter.
The Board of Trustees shall operate said Charter School in accordance with the representations made in the Charter School Application submitted to and approved by the State Board of Education, and in accordance with any approved written amendments to the Application. Specifically, but without limitation, the Board of Trustees shall supervise and control said Charter School in accordance with the mission statement, educational program, admissions policy, and governance structure set forth in such Application and in accordance with the by-laws established by the Board of Trustees, provided that said Board shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws. No material changes in the terms of this charter or in the terms of operation of the charter school shall be made without the approval of the State Board of Education.
Pursuant to RSA 194-B:16 and the procedures and guidelines established by the State STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE Board of Education, this charter may be revoked or suspended for failure to comply DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION with any of the terms and conditions of this charter, or renewed for such term as 25 Hall Street the Board may determine.
